VIP & Executive Protection

Executive protection works best when nobody notices it. American Central Force provides discreet close protection for executives, public figures and private clients across Central Florida.

Why Protection Is Mostly Planning

The visible part of executive protection is an officer nearby. The part that matters happens earlier — knowing the route, the venue, the exits and the people expected to be there.

Discretion is a requirement, not a preference. Protection that draws attention to the person it is protecting has already failed part of its job.

What Executive Protection Covers

Close Protection

Trained officers accompanying the client, at a distance appropriate to the setting.

Advance Work

Routes, venues and arrival points reviewed before the client arrives.

Secure Transport

Coordinated movement between locations, including arrival and departure points.

Residential Coverage

Protection extended to the client’s home where the situation calls for it.

Event & Appearance Coverage

Coverage for public appearances, where the client is exposed and predictable.

Threat Assessment

An honest assessment of the actual risk, so the response matches it.

How an Engagement Works

  1. Confidential consultationWe discuss the situation privately and establish what the client actually faces.
  2. Assess the riskWe assess the threat and recommend a level of coverage proportionate to it.
  3. Plan the detailRoutes, venues, timings and personnel are planned in advance.
  4. Execute discreetlyThe detail operates with as low a profile as the situation permits.

Who We Do This For

  • Company executivesWhere the risk comes from the role, an announcement, or a dispute rather than from anything personal.
  • Public figures and performersPredictable appearances and published schedules.
  • High-net-worth familiesResidential coverage and travel, often discreet.
  • Visiting principalsExecutives or guests travelling into Central Florida who need local coverage.

Signs You Need This

  • A schedule or address has been published that should not have been.
  • There has been unwanted contact, online or in person.
  • An announcement, dispute or legal matter has raised the profile.
  • Travel takes the principal through unfamiliar venues.
  • Someone has approached family members.

What Affects the Cost

Protection is priced on team size and duration, and both come from the threat assessment rather than from preference. Advance work, travel and whether coverage is armed all move the figure.

Most clients need less than they expect. We would rather scope it honestly than sell a standing detail to somebody who needs coverage for three appearances.

Protection Work

Executive protection is judged on discretion, so most of it is never seen. These are assignments where the principal was in public and a photograph was appropriate — American Central Force president Kevin Jordan on detail.

Questions Answered

Is executive protection confidential?

Yes. Engagements are handled confidentially, and discretion is part of how the detail operates.

Do I need protection full-time?

Most clients do not. Coverage is often limited to specific events, travel or periods of elevated risk.

Are protection officers armed?

That depends on the assessment and the client’s preference. Both are available.

Can you cover travel outside Central Florida?

Discuss the itinerary with us and we will tell you what we can cover directly.

Will people know we have protection?

Only if you want them to. Discretion is usually part of the requirement, and the detail is built to match.

Do you work with our existing team?

Yes. Where a principal already has staff or a detail elsewhere, we coordinate rather than replace.

Can you cover family members separately?

Yes. Family coverage is often the gap, because attention concentrates on the principal.

How quickly can a detail start?

Contact us with the dates and locations and we will tell you what we can staff. Proper advance work takes time and we will say so if there is not enough.
